As a young girl, Patti dreamed of one day writing a book. In 2010, that dream came true with the publication of her first book, I Love You, Who Are You? Loving and Caring for a Parent with Alzheimer’s.

A former caregiver and Certified Alzheimer’s Educator, Patti began traveling with her book to support others on a journey with a loved one and Alzheimer’s. She quickly became a popular speaker at workshops, conferences, support groups, and care facilities.

In 2015, she switched gears and published Magical Dogs: Love and Lessons from our Canine Companions. The popularity of that book led to what has now become the Magical Dogs trilogy which also includes Magical Dogs 2: Connecting the Dots, Connecting the Dogs and Magical Dogs 3: On the Road.

Her newest book, The Blessing of a Moment, came about when her father told her, in 2015, “That should be the next book you write.” After ten years of prayer and soul-searching, she finally sat down and wrote the book. It is a beautiful, heartfelt compilation of stories—her own and others—that will touch your heart and reveal how the moments in your life can bless and transform you and your life for the better.
