From the time she was a young girl, Patti loved writing and dreamed of one day writing a book. In 2010, that dream came true with her first book, I Love You, Who Are You? Loving and Caring for a Parent with Alzheimer’s.

As a former caregiver and Certified Alzheimer’s Educator, Patti began travelling with her book to support those on a journey with a loved one with Alzheimer’s. She quickly became a popular speaker at conferences, workshops, support groups, and care facilities which is something she enjoys doing to this day.

In 2015, Patti wrote Magical Dogs: Love and Lessons from our Canine Companions. Its popularity led to what has now become the Magical Dogs series, including Magical Dogs 2: Connecting the Dots, Connecting the Dogs and and the newly-released Magical Dogs 3: On the Road.

A portion of every book purchased directly from Patti (in person or on this website) is donated to organizations that help animals in need.
